A cluster of strong thunderstorms is moving over eastern St. Bernard Parish, central and southern Plaquemines parish. It has a history of producing penny size hail and damaging winds. You can expect dangerous cloud to ground lightning... strong winds and the possibility of locally heavy rainfall.
