Dolly is still a Tropical Storm this morning, with winds at 65 mph. Her track has not changed much overnight, she's still expected to move into Southern Texas around Brownsville early Wednesday morning.

In SE Louisiana, our effects from Dolly will be higher waves along the coast, higher rain chances this afternoon (40% for SE LA), and a bit of a breeze from the southeast at 10-15 mph.
