We are facing severe thunderstorms this morning, as a complex of heavy rain moves into SE LA and Mississippi. A tornado watch is in effect for all of SE LA until 11am, as there is potential for hail, strong winds, and isolated tornadoes. There is also a flash flood watch in effect for all of SE LA for the heavy rain threat. Some areas may get another 2-4" of rainfall on top of the rain from last night. Keep a watchful eye on the storms today, and don't try to drive through flooded areas. We'll have updates through the day on wwltv.com.
