Clouds continue to filter into the region from the South and West, associated with another storm system digging into the Southwestern United States. It's not a very strong system, but because it is sending clouds in our direction, there is the possibility of some light rain across parts of the area tonight.

A cooler day on tap with highs in the upper 70s, a nice break for the middle of May in SE Louisiana. Some cloud cover will linger into the area on Sunday, but the chance of rain begins to diminish Sunday afternoon.
