A very unseasonably cool airmass has settled over the deep South. This morning, temperatures were in the low 40s to near 50 degrees, and we will be even colder tomorrow morning. If you are on the Northshore, protect your special plants or crops from possible frost tonight. Lows are expected to dip to near freezing by Tuesday morning. South of the lake, we shouldn't have to worry about frost, but it is still going to be unusually chilly by morning. Expect a warm up to begin Wednesday, with highs back in the 70s. |
