Line of severe weather passing through the northshore and the metro area. The WWL Weather Team will be doing updates, and live coverage as needed.

A cold front is passing through SE Louisiana. Out ahead of the cold front, lines of strong thunderstorms have developed. Behind the cold front, we will see temperatures falling throughout the day. Starting off in the 60s and falling to the 50s after midday. Strong winds will switch from the South/Southwest to the North/Northwest this afternoon.
