With a heavy cloud bank piling up moisture in and around Lake Pontchartrain, we are getting reports of moderate mist and drizzle across the area. This will continue through the mid-afternoon Saturday. A stationary boundary remains across SE Louisiana. Tonight, expect the cloud cover to begin to break up as a strong high pressure stabilizes the atmosphere and allows for some sinking air. This will lead to more sunshine on Sunday and temperatures in the low 60s.
