We're seeing a few showers today across the area, expect light rain showers to continue off and on throughout the afternoon and evening ahead of a cold front that will move through SE Lousiana overnight. Thursday, expect cooler drier air to start filtering in. However, the really cold air won't move in until Sunday, when another stronger front pushes through SE Lousiana Saturday night.
