With warmer air entering the picture in the overnight hours, there is the possibility of some strong to severe thunderstorms between midnight tonight and Sunday morning. A warm front can't lead to enough instability to provide for isolated severe thunderstorms with heavy rainfall and strong winds. Temperatures will be in the mid 50s this afternoon, warming to the upper 50s overnight. Sunday highs will be in the 70s. Then a cold front moves through the area Sunday night into Monday giving us another cool blast for the beginning of the week. |
