There was enough moisture in the middle layers of the atmosphere, combined with an easterly wind off of the Gulf, to create some showers today. The models didn't pick up on the moisture since it was just barely there, but it was enough to create some slick streets this morning. The rain has stopped now and skies are clearing, so you can still expect some sunshine this afternoon, and temps in the middle 70s.
