Scattered showers and thunderstorms will 'reign' the forecast over the next couple of days... An upper level low traversing the Ohio Valley is helping to pull tropical moisture toward our region, producing a 40 percent chance of showers this Sunday afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms over South Texas will continue to move toward SE Lousiana Sunday and Monday there is the possibility of some good rainfall totals across our area. Might be a good day to make sure the drains are cleared (once again.) Also, today kicks off Lightning Safety Week. |
