Small Craft Advisory??

If you watch the Morning News, you may have heard the marine forecasts include such terms as "Small Craft Advisory" and "Small Craft Exercise Caution."
So what do these terms mean?

A Small Craft Advisory is issued for winds speeds between 25-38 mph (22-33 kts.)

A Small Craft Exercise Caution is issued for lesser wind speeds between 19-24 mph (17-21 kts.)
