A flash flood warning is in effect for Orleans, Jefferson, Plaquemines and St. Bernard Parishes until 5:15 am.

We're already getting reports of flooding in the following locations:

WESTBANK:
Parts of Lapalco near Lincolnshire underwater
Westwood Drive is impassable
Allo & Gaudet

EASTBANK:
S. Causeway at the bottom of Earhart Exit near Jefferson Hwy.
Elmwood @ Clearview
Severn & Metairie Road
Jefferson Highway
Elmwood Park
S. Causeway and Hawkston
