An upper level system will be moving towards us Thursday & Friday increasing our chances for rain. Spotty showers or thunderstorms on Thursday may become scattered on Friday with the possilbility of strong thunderstorms and heavy rain. Then over the weekend, spotty showers or thunderstorms can be expected. Highs will remain in the 80's.
