They are still expecting an above normal season, although the number did not go up from April's predictions. They are anticipating 17 named storms, 9 hurricanes, and 5 intense hurricanes. Incidently, they are not considering Subtropical storm Andrea to be one of those 17 named storms. Since she did not technically become a tropical storm, she will not be added to the list.
