Strong Storms in Western Louisiana

9:20 AM Wed, Apr 25, 2007 |

A line of strong storms is pushing into SW Louisiana, and that line will continue it's march across the Gulf Coast overnight tonight.

A tornado watch has been issued for Lafayette and areas west, with the approaching line of storms. We have a 30% chance for some strong storms this afternoon, then a 50% chance overnight tonight. We may see a strong storm or two around SE LA, so keep an eye on the weather and the Channel 4 Weather Center.
