Mostly cloudy skies have been prevalent across the area today, but most of the heavy showers have been limited to Southern Mississippi. A large low pressure system and trailing front have sparked showers to the north and east of the area. We still have a chance for isolated showers tonight... but overall the risk for showers continues to diminish. Patchy dense fog could be a problem for commuters Monday morning. The chance of showers continues each day through Wednesday when a cold front is expected to pass through the region, bring cooler and less humid conditions leading up to Easter weekend. |
