This morning, some fog was being spotted around Slidell, Belle Chasse, and Hammond. If you are traveling through the morning hours, be a little extra cautious.

More warm and muggy weather for today...highs in the 80s! Wow! It looks like this pattern will continue through the rest of the work week...with changes for the weekend.

A front will come near the area Saturday, bumping rain chances up to 50% through the afternoon and evening hours. The cloud cover and rain will make it a little cooler for the weekend, with drier air moving in for the rest of the weekend.
