A Tornado Watch is in effect until 6am Tuesday morning for SE Louisiana. There is the threat of strong damaging winds, hail, and isolated tornadoes.
This morning, we have already had several thunderstorm and tornado warnings. A few cells out ahead of the front have some rotation, and are capable of producing tornadoes. Jeremy Eisenzopf is live in the Weather Center on Channel 4, and will be updating you through the early morning hours. If you are on wwltv.com, you can go to My Radar, or Pinpoint Doppler Radar to see where the thunderstorms currently are located.
