The Storm Prediciton Center in Norman Oklahoma still has SE Louisiana at a slight risk for severe weather in the overnight hours, with possibly damaging winds in excess of 58 miles per hour, hail and an isolated tornado possible. Right now, the line ahead of the cold front is moving through east Texas with a severe weather threat for Northern Lousiana near Shreveport. That line will be moving east through Arkansas and Northern Mississippi. In the overnight hours... the weather team here will be watching for a possible squall line to develop ahead of the cold front. We will have the latest watches and warnings on the internet and on Channel 4. |
