Severe Threat Diminishes...

As of 12:30am, the threat of severe weather is diminishing across SE Lousiana.

The line of showers ahead of a cold front is producing rainfall and isolated thunderstorms, but no severe weather.

A cold front will pass through SE Lousiana overnight, expect plenty of sunshine Sunday... really a beautiful day. Afternoon highs will be in the 70s. Brilliant sunshine behind this cold front, and a large mass of dry air. Expect the sunny and mild conditions to last through Wednesday. Another weather system will approach Thursday, bringing another round of showers and thunderstorms to SE Louisiana.
