After another mild day ahead, but with a potent system developing and moving from the southern plains and into the Mississippi River Valley on Saturday and through Sunday morning.

There will be the potential for strong to severe storms Saturday night into early Sunday morning. Damaging winds, hail and heavy rain will be possible.
