The cold front has brought in even colder air today, with temperatures actually falling through the day. At 2pm, it is 40 degrees in the French Quarter and WWL-TV's studios, but the wind chill is 29!

With mostly cloudy skies, and that stiff Northwest wind, it has been a day to bundle up. Parades tonight will be cold, so take out the hat, scarf, and gloves to catch those throws!

And if Valentine's Day has you snuggling up or making a romantic dinner with your honey, just make sure it's in front of a fireplace, or at least near the heater!
