With strong winds out of the north, the "feels like" temperature has been in the 20s and now 30s for most of the day. Expect winds to die down tonight. Temperatures this afternoon are in the 40s, but again, with strong winds, it doesn't feel that warm. I'm starting to see some light sprinkles show up on our Live Pinpoint Doppler. We will see a stray shower or two this afternoon, with light sleet or rain in far northern and western parishes. A chance of rain remains in our forecast through Sunday, with the best chance of rain Friday and then Sunday. Expect mostly cloudy skies and below average temperature through the weekend as well.
