Upper level winds and moisture continue to feed into the SE associated with the Southern Jetstream, as part of the El Nino pattern. Expect mostly cloudy skies today and into Friday with a chance for spotty showers.

A change in the pattern Saturday as a low forms over Mexico and then moves closer to SE Lousiana. A warm front ahead of the low may trigger some thunderstorms Saturday night. Sunday, the chance of showers is currently 80% for the afternoon and into the evening as the low pressure system makes its way through our area.
