A line of showers and brief thunderstorms is now moving into the coastal parishes and Mississippi. The line developed in front of a cold front that will be moving through SE Louisiana tonight.

Showers are diminishing this afternoon. Coastal showers will remain through the evening. Expect clearing overnight... and cool and windy conditions Monday.

It will be a big change from Sunday where afternoon highs are in the mid 70s. Temps will drop 30 degrees overnight... to low 40s on the northshore.

I'll have an update on the rain totals later this evening.
