As of 2pm, it was 74 in metro New Orleans, and 43 in Lake Charles! The front is now approaching us from the west, and we'll see sharp temperatures drops over the evening hours. Winds will pick up from the Northwest too, and wind chills tonight will be in the 30s. Rain showers will develop this evening, with more showers heading in tomorrow. Tuesday will be blustery and cold, with highs in the 40s! Wind chills will be in the 30s! Keep the umbrella and heavy coat handy this week...you'll need both in the next few days. |
