A fairly mild start today, but big changes coming, with more blustery weather overnight and into Friday. Freezing temperatures can be expected, so take those Freeze Precautions by protecting the plants, pets, and wrapping and draining exposed pipes for the North Shore as well as West of the Lake. For the southshore to the coast, protect just the plants and pets. With temperatures in the 20's and 30's and wind speeds near 15-20mph, wind chills will drop into the teens and 20's, so please take care of yourself by protecting exposed skin with warm jackets, hats and gloves. This cold weather will continue through Friday, with another freeze Friday Night, followed by a warming trend through the weekend. |
