As I mentioned in last blog, fog will be a problem overnight and into the Monday morning commute hours. As fog continues to reduce visibilities across SE Lousiana and the coastal areas, the National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory for these areas. Drivers are urged to reduce speed, stay a safe distance from the car in front of you, and use low beam headlights. I will have an update on your visibilities tonight on Eyewitness News Nightwatch. Watch Krystal Boothe and Jeremy Eisenzopf tomorrow morning for the latest traffic and weather hazards. Expect warmer than average temperatures for most of the week. A cold front moving through Friday will bring cooler temperatures for next weekend. |
