With a low pressure system developing over western Texas and expected to move through our area tomorrow, a few showers will begin developing along the gulf coast today. Overnight and into tomorrow, more active storms will be forming, with strong to severe storms possible.

Heavy rain will also be possible, with anywhere from 2-5" or more through Sunday morning. So, severe weather and heavy rain will be moving into the area through the day on Saturday, lasting through Sunday morning.
