A pleasant start to the workweek with partly cloudy skies and afternoon highs in the 80s. Although winds will begin shifting tomorrow to include more moisture in the lower levels of the atmosphere, no real change in the forecast is expected until Wednesday in advance of a strong cold front expected to move through Thursday. An artic blast of air behind the front will cool temperatures rapidly Thursday, strong winds are expected throughout the day as well as a 60 percent chance of showers and storms.
