Partly cloudy, warm and humid! There is a slight chance for showers or thunderstorms developing this Sunday afternoon with daytime heating, although they will be isolated.

Otherwise, the other concern for your Monday morning commute is dense fog. We'll talk more about that later on today.

Very active weather on Saturday. A line of severe thunderstorms that developed west of Baton Rouge marched eastward through Livingston, St. Helena, Tangipahoa, St. Tammany and Washington parishes yesterday. Not much rain, but here are some storm reports:

At the Indian Creek campground two miles west of Independence, a woman was injured by a nearby lightning strike. Law enforcement officers reported the injuries were not life threatening.

Law enforcement reported trees down associated with strong winds on Highway 43 near Montpelier and Interstate 55 near Independence.

Hail was reported on Highway 40 in Folsom as well as in Uneedus.
