It's time to turn back the clock one hour tonight, to observe daylight saving time.

In 2007, federal law changes the dates we set our clocks forward and back in the hopes of conserving energy. Daylight saving time will begin on the second Sunday in March, instead of the first Sunday in April. It will end on the first Sunday in November instead of the last Sunday in October.
