The clouds have been streaming in from the west and southwest today. This will continue tonight, with a 10% chance for a shower. On Halloween, there may be some ghosts and spirits floating in too.......

The evening will be mild and muggy, with evening temps in the low 70s. Because of the humidity, the mosquitoes will be out, so spray the kids down with repellent before going trick-or-treating. Remember that the sun sets at 5:15pm...so if you are out after that, bring a flash light or wear light colored clothes...so motorists can see you.
