What a relief! Lots of dry, cooler air has filtered into Southeast Louisiana today. Dewpoints are falling, and crystal clear skies are present along much of the Gulf Coast today. Tonight will be chilly on the Northshore, with lows dipping into the lower 50s, maybe even a 49 in south Mississippi. South of the lake will be a bit warmer, with lows around 62. Look for more tranquil weather tomorrow, before a slight chance of rain moves in for Thursday. The weekend is looking more dry than wet, with about a 20% chance for a shower each day, and a bit more humidity around. |
