TD #5 has sustained winds of 35 mph and is expected to gain strength to become Ernesto. The intensity forecast is uncertain due to a complicated upper air pattern with dry air and wind shear. The track forecast is alittle more certain. This will have to be watched because on Tuesday we may see this system in the southern or eastern Gulf of Mexico.
