The disturbance in the SW Gulf just offshore from Mexico remains disorganized. Showers and storms are flaring up, but with the proximity of this system being close to land, strengthening remains unlikely. If this system were to move further into the Gulf, it may develop further, maybe into a Tropical Depression.

Our main concern will be the possible heavy rain through Wednesday.
