At 10pm Monday evening, Tropical Depression #3 forms east of the Leeward Islands. A W/NW track is expected, but may not strengthen very much due to strong shear and some drier air in the area. This system will continue to be watched, but at the 10pm advisory, the National Hurricane Center has it dissipating on Thursday.
