(New Orleans)---Phoenix Recycling is expanding its service areas in St. Tammany Parish.

Collections will be made every other week. Fees are $15 a month, with a $1 discount for members of a neighborhood association.

Plastic containers numbered 1 through 7, metal cans, newspaper, mixed paper and corrugated cardboard will all be collected.
