This is the reason why people are killed on the highways today in Louisiana. Let them go, deferred jail sentence, bench probation, and community service then pay court costs. Place these folks offshore on an offshore platform that has no access and let them look at the water for about 6 months. Feed them beanie weenies and bologna with mustard. That will keep them from driving while intoxcicated again...maybe.. RJ.
