(BOGALUSA)---Bogalusa police are looking for two Bogalusa men in connection with the stabbing death of another Bogalusa man in a local barroom parking lot. Bogalusa Police Capt. Joe Culpepper reports that 22-year-old Leandes Lester and 19-year-old Randall Henry are wanted in connection with the murder of 24-year-old Charles L. Forbes, Jr. The stabbing occurred on Saturday, September 27, in the 1300 block of South Columbia Road in Bogalusa. Capt. Culpepper says that officers responded to a call at the Club Ambience. When they arrived, Capt. Culpepper says that they found blood in the parking lot and learned that a wounded man had been taken to a local hospital. Upon arriving at the hospital, officers learned that Forbes, Jr., had died of stab wounds. Capt. Culpepper says that both Lester and Henry, thought to be in the Houston area, are now wanted on a charge of second degree murder. He adds that this is the fourth homicide of the year in Bogalusa. |
