(PINE GROVE)---Louisiana State Police Troop L reports that a Pine Grove man died as a result of injuries he sustained in a one-vehicle accident along LA 449 near Pine Grove.

State Police TFC Louis Calato reports that 43-year-old Gary W. McNabb died at a Baton Rouge hospital after being ejected from his truck.

The accident occurred shortly after 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2. TFC Calato says that McNabb was apparently traveling southbound on LA 449 when he lost control of the truck and it began to flip.

TFC Calato adds that alcohol may have been a factor in the accident and that toxicology test results are pending.
