(HAMMOND)---Louisiana State Police troopers and deputies with the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office will be manning a special sobriety checkpoint in Tangipahoa Parish on Saturday, May 31. Troop L TFC Louis Calato reports that the checkpoint, set to begin at 10 p.m., is an effort to locate impaired drivers and get them safely off of the streets. The location of the DWI roadblock has not been announced. |
