(AMITE)---The Tangipahoa Parish District Attorney's Office reports that a Biloxi man has pleaded guilty to an obscenity charge in the Hammond area following a similar conviction in St. Tammany Parish.
Tangipahoa District Attorney Scott Perrilloux says that 41-year-old Scott Bruneau of Biloxi will face sentencing in the case on December 10.
Perrilloux reports that an off-duty Hammond Police officer apparently observed Bruneau allegedly participating in "lewd and lascivious behavior" while driving in a vehicle in Hammond near the Southeastern Louisiana University campus. Hammond Police then arrested Bruneau and charged him with obscenity.
