Deputies with the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office have arrested a Baker man after he allegedly ran naked toward a school bus full of elementary school students near Satsuma.
Officials indicate that 22-year-old Casey Charles Hagan of 4587 Yvonne Drive in Baker has been charged with indecent exposure, criminal trespass, obstruction of a public passage, and disturbing the peace by public intoxication.
It happened shortly after 7:40 a.m. on Friday, May 9, on Cane Market Road near Satsuma. The school bus driver told deputies that she was driving to a nearby elementary school when she saw the allegedly naked Hagan running toward the bus. She told deputies that she had to swerve into traffic to avoid hitting him. Deputies located Hagan in a pond in front of a nearby home and took him into custody.
Witnesses led deputies to a pile of clothes nearby that contained Hagan's driver's license and other personal belongings.
