Per Hornets PR Staff: NEW ORLEANS - The New Orleans Hornets announced today that they will be taking deposits for five partial plans for the 2009-10 season, giving fans the first opportunity to purchase ticket packages other than full season tickets. By placing a $100 per seat deposit by Wednesday, Aug. 19, fans will have access to attend the exclusive partial plan select-a-seat event Aug. 22-23 at the New Orleans Arena where they can select their actual seats for games. "Our partial plan packages give our fans the first opportunity to purchase ticket plans for what promises to be an exciting and successful season," said Hornets President Hugh Weber. "While purchasing full season tickets is the best way to secure the best available seats, our partial plans offer flexibility and convenience." Partial plans include two half-season packages and three 12-game plans. Fans can select the Contender Plan which includes some of the top teams in the Eastern and Western Conferences, the Weekend Plan with games only on the weekends and the Superstar Plan that will allows fans to see stars like the Cavaliers' LeBron James and Shaquille O'Neal, the Heat's Dwyane Wade and the Maverick's Dirk Nowitzki. Each plan includes a dedicated account executive who will service the account and ensure a personalized Hornets experience. Partial plan holders also have priority in purchasing playoff tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Partial plans start as low as $15 per seat per game. Fans can reserve their place in line for the select-a-seat event by placing their deposit online at Hornets.com or by calling 504-525-HOOP. |
