Kincaid: Welcome to the Alamo

What a beautiful day to be in san antonio. Temps in the mid 90s...but, they say it's a DRY heat...I was still sweating

here's hoping the Hornets will have the Spurs sweating out another playoff game tomorrow night. The talk in all of the papers here is of 'survival'. The last time the Spurs were in a 0-2 playoff hole, they got swallowed up in 4-straight games by the lakers.

Tony Parker and Tim Duncan point to their teams slow starts in the 3rd quarter as to why they haven't won a game in this series. Both believe a better effort 'defensively' will make a world of difference.

Don't look for the Spurs to change a lot in their defensive approach. They'll likely try to keep the ball out of david wests' hands and make someone else beat them..Hoping...no, praying, that it's not Chris Paul Again!!!!

As the sun sets here in the alamo city, it's time to start looking ahead to tomorrow nights game 3. I'll chat with you again, tomorrow night.

cheers
