Upon further Review...too much spurs in the 4th quarter...and too little discpiline on defense by the hornets.

The Key Stat...3rd quarter play...in the previous 2 hornets victories, they'd won the 3rd quarter...tonight, they lost it 29-22...same with the 4th...27-21 en route to the 110-99 victory

One thing that can NOT happen in game 4...Chris Paul can't be called upon to make all of the shots early on...he needs guys to get in a scoring rhythm...Peja, Mo, Pargo, Wells..forget about this game..the sun will shine tomorrow..and your shots will fall in game 4..

D-West..nice job 23 and 12..steady...but, the bench was horrific tonight..just 18 points on 8 of 24 shooting.

overall, the hornets shot better from the field that the spurs..but, the spurs buried the 3...knocking down 11 from beyond the arc..many of them OPEN looks. That has been a sore spot for the hornets in these playoffs...Byron Scott has said so..

So let's look at the positive...it's just one game...the home team is 'expected' to win game-3 to make it a series...Dallas did it...San Antonio did it...

now, let's see if the bees can get the last laugh again come sunday night..
