So, Byron Scott put back the starters in and, lo and behold, the energy level picked up.

So many times this season we've heard the players and Scott talk about how the bench really lifted the team to a win. Not this time. The starters are doing everything in their control to put this series away tonight.

New Orleans' starters have 39 of the teams' 48 points tonight.

Tell me, am I the only who sees it this way?

No, Scot, you're not the only one. The starters want to win this one HERE, in N.O. and not Thurs. They also want to rest before Sat's matchup with the Spurs, should both win tonite.

We will need the bench tonite and I mean more than just Pargo. Wright will need to play like he did on Sunday night, even Bowen will need to help if necessary.
