You had to see last night coming. The Hornets, despite a three-game losing streak, has played well against Phoenix this season and there was no reason to think Wednesday would be different. And the last few big games at the Arena have been rocking. The result: A 120-103 Hornets win in front of the largest crowd of the year, 17,931. So, that should help the attendance figures, right? You better believe it. The average now is 13,575 after 22 games. That's a jump of 207 folks, which is good after drawing barely 11,000 for Monday night's game against the Wizards. 3 CommentsLeave a comment |

According to Sports Network
http://www.sportsnetwork.com/default.asp?c=sportsnetwork&page=nba/teams/Attendance114.htm
attendance is only at 13,069.
Which one is right?
Both, believe it or not. 13,575 is since Dec. 1, the date the Hornets set as the time from which the Hornets have to average 14,700 until the end of next season.
The total of just over 13,000 is from the start of this season.
Thanks Tom!
